These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Surga22 ("Surga22", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Surga22 online gaming and sports betting platform available at https://surga22.cam and any associated mobile or web applications ("the Services").

By accessing the Surga22 platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the Surga22 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Surga22 enforces a strict21+ age threshold for all registered users. You may be required to submit proof of age as part of the KYC process at any time.
2. You are not a resident of, or physically located within, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited or where your access to the Surga22 platform would constitute a violation of applicable local laws.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
4. You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another active account on the Surga22 platform that was closed due to a terms violation.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Surga22 or its affiliated entities.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under any form of duress or undue influence.

4.1 Registration Requirements. To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number.

4.2 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Surga22 account. The creation of multiple accounts by single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Surga22 employs technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances reviewed.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Surga22 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity arising from your failure to secure your login details.

4.4 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Surga22 strongly recommends enabling2FA on your account for additional security. Where 2FA is enabled, it will be required at login and for all withdrawal requests.

4.5 Accuracy of Information. Should any of your registered details change — including your address, phone number, or email address — you are obligated to update your account information promptly. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Surga22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.2 Currency. All deposits are received and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that are legitimately your own. Surga22 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts, business accounts, or accounts held in names other than the registered account holder.

5.4 Processing Times. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited instantly. FPX bank transfers typically settle within 5to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations for the respective coin.

5.5 Failed Transactions. Surga22 is not responsible for funds lost during a failed transaction due to technical issues on the part of the payment provider. In such cases, please contact your bank, e-wallet provider, or our support team with your transaction reference number.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must have completed the KYC verification process to Surga22's satisfaction, met all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds included in your balance, and have an account in good standing with no outstanding disputes or flags.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals may be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Surga22 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified method where the original method is unavailable.

6.3 Processing Times. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via FPX may take 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high withdrawal volume or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. Higher-tier VIP members may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits. Contact our support team for tier-specific information.

6.5 Right to Verify. Surga22 reserves the right to delay or withold a withdrawal pending additional identity, payment source, or wagering verification. Such delays will not exceed 72 hours unless a formal investigation is in progress, in which case the User will be informed in writing.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. All promotional bonuses offered by Surga22 are subject to individual promotion terms, which include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winings. These terms are presented clearly at the time of each offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be turned over 30 times through qualifying bets before any withdrawal can be requested against those funds.

7.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute varying percentages toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Sports bets typically contribute 100%, while slots may contribute a lower percentage. Live dealer and table games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.

7.4 Abuse of Promotions. Surga22 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and using automated tools or scripts. Any User found engaging in bonus abuse will forfeit all associated bonus funds and winings, and their account may be suspended.

7.5 Modification of Promotions. Surga22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Any changes will not affect bonuses already credited and in active use.

8.1 General Rules. All wagers placed on the Surga22 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market in question. These rules are accessible within the platform at point of wager. Placing a wager constitutes acceptance of the applicable rules for that market.

8.2 Sports Betting. For sports betting markets — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — odds displayed are indicative and may change until the bet is confirmed. Surga22 reserves the right to void bets where odds were offered in obvious error, subject to formal review.

8.3 Live Betting. In-play wagers are accepted subject to the current state of the event. Where a bet is placed after a material outcome has already occurred (such as a goal scored before the bet was placed, due to latency), Surga22 reserves the right to void the affected bet.

8.4 Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account within24-hour period. These limits are communicated within the relevant betting markets and in your account settings.

8.5 Cancellation of Events. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the stipulated deadline for the relevant sport, all wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the User's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Surga22 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or using an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or reverse-engineer any element of the platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that would constitute a criminal offence under applicable Malaysian law;
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order placed through Surga22 or any linked responsible gambling registry;
• Coluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or game;
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or are funded from fraudulent sources;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after legitimate gameplay has concluded.

10.1 Suspension by Surga22. Surga22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where a User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, where fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure. A User may request account closure at any time by contacting Surga22 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the User's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

10.3 Survival of Obligations. The termination of an account does not extinguish any obligations or liabilities that acrued prior to the date of termination, including any outstanding wagering requirements, pending investigations, or chargebacks.

11.1 Surga22 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all users. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling may become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Users may apply a self-exclusion at any time through their account settings. Self-exclusion periods may range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. A self-exclusion request is irevocable for the duration selected. Users under self-exclusion will not receive marketing communications from Surga22.

11.3 Deposit Limits. Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.

11.4 Age Restriction. This platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Surga22 takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage access including mandatory age declaration at registration and verification through KYC procedures.

12.1 All content on the Surga22 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, data displays, code, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Surga22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 No part of the Surga22 platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, cached, modified, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of Surga22, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by applicable law.

12.3 The Surga22 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Surga22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your access to or use of the platform.

13.2 Surga22 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uptime at all times.

13.3 Surga22's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14.1 Surga22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or through an in-platform notification at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Surga22 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.

14.3 The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance through direct communication.

15.2 Dispute Process. If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, bet outcome, or account decision, you must first submit a formal complaint to our support team at the contact details listed in Section 16. Surga22 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

15.3 Finality of Decisions. All decisions made by Surga22 following a formal dispute review are final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
